The DHCS Beautification Committee is excited to announce the scheduling of the build-out of the Driftwood Community Nature Preserve, across the street from the Driftwood Community Church on FM150. Construction will begin on July 13th at 8:30 AM.
Work crews will be volunteers from DHCS, the Driftwood Community, and other organizations. We cannot take on this endeavor without your help and support, DHCS members. Trail and building materials will be provided. We will work in teams of four or more folks each day to perform activities such as laying landscape fabric, spreading out four dump truck loads of crushed limestone, sign construction etc. Please bring your own tools (leaf and garden rakes, shovels, hoes, wheelbarrows).
